The following are some useful skills to practice with your child daily.

Counting money --- Have your child practice counting loose change or a collection of coins.

Time -- Identify time on an analog clock or watch. (hour, half hour, minutes).

Multiplication -- Have your child practice their multiplication tables.

Read a library book together or listen to your child read a book.

Ask your child to retell the story in their own words.

Ask your child what they understood from the reading.

Have your child write complete sentences with punctuation.

Have your child practice writing paragraphs on a topic of their choice. Check for use of complete sentences to express thoughts or ideas. Check for correct use of punctuation.
