Pearson Elementary School Home
Dear Pearson Elementary Family,
As the end of the 2020 - 2021 school year approaches, I would like to reflect on the events that have reinforced our commitment and dedication to our Pearson Elementary students, staff, and community. The decision to transition to 100% virtual instruction, at the beginning of the school year, was made with the safety of our students and staff in mind. Although it was a new experience for everyone, the dedication to academic growth under these circumstances was evident from the beginning. Getting the adequate technology into the hands of our students and staff so they could experience success during virtual instruction was a challenge. We not only met this challenge, but excelled at it. When our school opened its doors for in-person instruction, all measures were in place to ensure the safety of everyone on campus. We continue to follow all recommended CDC guidelines as we end the 2020 - 2021 school year. We will be posting important dates on our website as they arise. Also, our teachers will post important information on Google Classroom and Class Dojo. Please stay safe by practicing the 3 W’s: Wash your hands; wear your masks; and watch your distance.
Pearson Elementary is “Leading the Way. We Are The Place to Be And The Place to Stay!!” Remember to Just Believe!!
At your service,
Melissa E. Davis
